• How to Choose Wheels for Your Car

  Aftermarket wheels are a fantastic investment for any car owner who is serious about how their vehicle looks and handles.  However, you’ll need to consider your choices carefully before making a purchase.  Before you get your wheels, here are a few things to consider:

  How much are you willing to spend?  Some wheels can be pretty expensive, while others are quite affordable.  Generally speaking, you get what you pay for, so if you want really high performing Corvette wheels, don’t cut corners on the price tag!

  Which wheels will work with your car?  Not every wheel works with every car.  You need to consider things such as lug pattern, how much room your brake assemblies need, and how much clearance you have in the wheel well.

  What styles do you prefer?  There are many different wheel styles out there.  Some -- such as many MRR wheels -- are pretty open, revealing a lot of the brake disks and calipers underneath, while others are more solid.  There are also different finishes, such as chrome and painted finishes.  Decide what turns you on and stick with it.

  Getting aftermarket wheels for your car is an exciting time.  Most cars look and handle much better with custom rims -- when they are chosen correctly, of course.  Take your time and make your decision a good one!
